It's a terrible app for conversations. it can easily get lost in the thread of a conversation plus it never stop with its long replies when you try to paraphrase your idea. It's not a good exercise for practicing English, as you get very distracted trying to adjust the settings. Finally, this an update on my previous review, I never got a follow-up from the developer.

This has deducted premium membership charge 4 times in last 2 months, and there is no official email where I can communicate with. in the name of contacting to the customer service they only have a Google form, which I have filled for 2 times and no one has replied me back. Also there is no cancellation of premium membership option available in the application. It seems like a fraud.

how to cancel subscription???? omg, it is impossible to cancel subscription by yourself, there is no guide how to do that. Please be aware about it! I never received notification about the end of trial, and they take money from my bank account for premium, which I don't want to have at all, cause this app is not fit with me. So, if you want cancel subscription do it exactly in Google play!!!! they will not notify you about premium start.

I don't know why when I open this app then suddenly it used the second speaker (speaker for call) instead of the loud speaker. I feel inconvenienced to talk with AI in this method. I think this is some technical issue that I hope can be solved soon.

not working, technical problems. "You can't access the app with your device configuration. Jailbroken devices are not supported. Developer mode is not supported. Debugging is not supported." I need this modes enabled on my phone

First impressions are absolutely positive after the December update. The listening accuracy is impressive, the new-generation avatar is fantastic and realistic, and the exercises and progress tracking are well-crafted. The introduction of end-to-end encryption adds an extra layer of privacy. There are still a few minor issues (e.g.,the interaction occasionally freezes when I give a very long response), but overall, it seems to be heading in an excellent direction. So far, I’m really enjoying it!

Didn't get notifications to cancel the trial and accidentally subscribed and no notification for the subscription too. At the moment, I still didn't find how to stop thesubscription. . Also Grace cannot understand some of the complicated instructions, can interrupt when you talk, but keep silent when needs her response

I do not recommend this app at all. This month, they charged me three times for a subscription that is supposed to be billed only once per month. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. On top of that, their customer support is slow and unhelpful. I had to fight just to get a response, and I’m still waiting for my refund. If you value your money, stay away from this app! There are plenty of better alternatives that don’t overcharge and ignore their users. Avoid it at all cost

Very disappointing for me. I have taken premium plan but this app is very poor, sometimes it's not starting and feels very frustrated. AI not able to understand what I am saying. There is no support where you can ask to fix. Edit: I already sended an email. Please have a look

I still haven't received my refund and it's been more than 3 days since I have sent a mail to their customer support. I'm not using the app and they still haven't bothered to reply to my concerns. Edit: I didn't receive any emails from them and when I requested Play Store for refund, the request was rejected. So folks, beware of making this purchase. Don't fork over the dough for this silly app.

It's a good app but some improvements are needed. I am not getting detailed analysis of conversation like review of each sentences. Only overview feedback is there. And there is no history of conversation I have talked.
